At CW Security we look to build long standing relationships with our clients from the initial first meeting where our trained staff will carry out a free security risk assessment and site survey to allow our team to provide a free written system design proposal with recommended grading for the proposed system. We can discuss the system design proposal with our clients insurers to ensure all requirements are met before work commences on the installation.
Following agreement of the system design proposal we will arrange for the installation of the system to be carried out within an agreed time frame and within the agreed budget with as little disturbance to clients as possible. Once the system has been installed and commissioned training will be provided for all members of staff that will be using the system.
Once the system has been handed over to our client we do not just file the paperwork and move on to the next client. We are there to provide continued monitoring and maintenance of your system. Whether that be the six monthly or annual maintenance visit to check the system is in full working order or monitoring any false alarms and alarm activations CW Security will be there to insure continued support for your intruder alarm system.

As CW Security are accredited to the SSAIB we can offer connection to alarm receiving centres (ARC) using BT RedCare, RedCare GSM and CSL Dualcom monitoring options, allowing Police response to your Intruder Alarm System.
